Nspiregreen led the outreach effort for the DC protected bike lane project, which included: 20/21/22nd Street NW, Crosstown, and Eastern Downtown. For the Crosstown project, the team installed temporary protected bike lanes for Bike to Work Day.

Nspiregreen supported public engagement, existing conditions, trail assessments, and developing the final implementation plan.

Using the Dutch model, Nspiregreen developed concepts for a protected bicycle lane within Sherman Circle in Washington, DC.

Nspiregreen designed bicycle network for each of the concept plans. In addition, we developed metrics to show how the new paths shorten the travel time and improve safety.

Nspiregreen developed a conceptual design for Monroe Street NE between Michigan Avenue and 7th Street NE. By redesigning the intersection, Nspiregreen was able to develop concepts for adding a bike lane on the south side and extending the bike lane on the north side.
