We combine our professional backgrounds in engineering and urban planning with community organizing to fulfill our vision to facilitate the empowerment and transformation of every community on the planet.

Our Principal

Charnelle Hicks

Charnelle has 30 years of experience in comprehensive and regional planning, economic development, and public outreach. She has management consulting experience in business organizational development and frequently shares her professional knowledge on expert conference panels. Most recently, she gave a Key Note Address to the City Planning and Urban Design Conference (CPUD) 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey.

In August 2016, Charnelle was recognized as one of the Philadelphia Minority Business Leaders by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
